You understand you are entering a contract of this "Auction" and the "Terms of Sale" to purchase this item listed in this auction - all sales are final AS-IS no refund - no exchange as stated in the auction above. You also agree when placing a bid, that you are now bound by the auction, you agreed to the purchase and the stated terms of the auction. If at anytime you try to cancel or back out of this auction even after placing a bid, you agree to be liable for all fees associated with the transaction, this includes - a 20% re-stocking fee, taxes, Gun Broker listing fees, any shipping fees and/or rerouting charges. We will not pay any credit card fees. If you have any issues during the transaction, you agree to promptly inform us of the issue and allow us time to resolve the issue for you at our discretion.

( Non Paying Bidder )
NON-PAYMENTS - If you choose not to pay for your item, we will file a NON-Paying Bidder Report. The NON-Paying Bidder Report could result in Gun Broker closing your account. If you cannot complete the auction you may opt to pay certain fees to avoid any further NON-Paying action. If you do not pay for your item, in addition to the NON-Paying Bidder Report you will also receive an F rating that states you are a non-paying bidder. If you cannot complete your transaction and must cancel, you as the buyer are responsible for all associated fees, taxes, and shipping costs. These include, but are not limited to, a 20% restocking fee, the Gun Broker listing fees, taxes, and shipping/rerouting charges.

We only ship to the contiguous 48 states - No shipments to AK, HI, PR etc...
For all Oregon customers, before bidding on any item your FFL dealer must email us stating they will accept the transfer with your name and item listed IF YOU ATTEMPT TO BUY AN ITEM AND HAVE IT SENT TO A LOCATION WE DO NOT SHIP TO, YOU AS THE BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ASSOCIATED CANCELLATION AND RESTOCKING FEE’S. THESE INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, A 20% RESTOCKING FEE, THE GUN BROKER LISTING FEES, TAXES, AND SHIPPING/REROUTING CHARGES We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
If for any reason your shipment has to be rerouted, including FFL closers and changed locations, the customer is responsible for any rerouting fees and charges, as well as a 25$ service charge. Please verify that your desired FFL is open and accepting shipments prior to bidding in order to avoid rerouting charges.

( Local Pickup )
If you are local to us, we are happy to offer in-store pick up on eligible items. If this is an option you would like to select, please select “Money Order” when choosing your payment type. Upon this selection, please email us at Sales@gunsinc.com to arrange your pick up. In this email, include your name, contact information, item number, and a brief message indicating your desire to pick up in store. A member of our gun broker department will respond to you with instructions regarding where to pick up your item. No shipping or background check fee will be charged for items picked up in store, however there will be a $25 processing fee. IF YOU ARE LOCAL BUT ARE NOT A PENNSYLVANIA RESIDENT, YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PICK CERTAIN ITEMS UP IN STORE. PLEASE BE FAMILIAR WITH YOUR STATE AND LOCAL LAWS PRIOR TO BIDDING.
