- We don't clean/alter/edit any of the used firearms and list them in the same condition as we get them. We only do visual inspections, basic mechanical checks, and not testing firearms with live rounds.  WE DON'T KNOW ROUNDS COUNT.
- Used firearms are sold "AS IS, NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE", no exceptions. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect your purchase prior to taking delivery from your dealer.  If there is any damage or defect not specified in the auction description or photos, please contact us immediately and DO NOT take possession of the firearm.   We will not reimburse any dealer, shipping, transfer fees, parts or repairs for damage or defects found after you have taken possession of the firearm. All NEW firearms (listed as NIB or NOS) are warranted by their manufacturers ONLY.  We do not warranty new firearms and accessories.

BUYER assumes all risk and liability arising from unloading, discharge, storage, handling and use of the products listed herein, including risks of damage resulting from use of such products either alone or in combination with other substances. Purchase of this product is an agreement by the BUYER/USER to hold the seller harmless of all liabilities or damages. The BUYER/USER assumes all responsibility for the use or misuse of this product including legalities. The BUYER MUST have a competent, licensed gunsmith evaluate the firearm for safety prior to firing live ammunition

- Make sure this item is legal to own where you live BEFORE placing a bid. If the firearm is not transferable, it is your responsibility to have your dealer dispose of the firearm. All canceled auctions are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover all of the paperwork, GunBroker fees and time involved. Shipping and CC fees are not refundable.
