The Old Timer Field Dressing Kit by Schrade Cutlery features 3Cr13MoV stainless steel blades and brown rubber handles. This kit contains a caper saw boneing/fillet knife and a goothook the black blow molded case keeps all these knives together while not in use. - Set of (4). 3Cr13MoV stainless steel blades. Brown rubber handles. Caper- 3-3/4 blade 1/8 thick 8-1/2 overall. Saw - 5-1/4 blade 1/16 thick 7-1/2 overall. Boning/Fillet - 5 blade 1/8 thick 9-3/4 overall.
