Mossberg's Varmint and Predator Rifle (MVP) is an ideal hunting and field rifle for all seasons and all shooting disciplines. It is accurate, dependable and accepts commonly available AR-style magazines. It has a medium, threaded barrel with an A2 flash suppressor, user-adjustable LBA trigger and a Picatinny top rail. This Varmint model has a 24" barrel chambered in 308 Winchester/7.62 NATO and has a benchrest laminated stock.
